Solutions For Enabling Low-Voltage Powertrains

In contrast to the high-voltage powertrains that range between 400 to 800V, there are many other automotive applications that can be achieved with low-voltage 48V power. These include Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) where the 48V powertrain is typically used to accelerate the vehicle from a stop before the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) takes over.
